Peter and Hazel Corney have been running Wallers Ash Gun Club since 1995.

Peter is an experienced shot.  He is a qualified instructor and for the past three years he has been the joint course builder for the Beretta World Clay Championships.

Wallers Ash shooting ground is on a level site and has a large hard standing car park.  There are toilets and a clubhouse where hot food and drinks are available.  Footpaths within the ground are also hard standing. A mobility scooter is available for use by any shooter who has difficulty in walking.

Shooting at Wallers Ash is purely for pleasure and practice and caters for all abilities.  We welcome all ages to this friendly ground where shooting takes place in a controlled, safe environment. We have an exemption certificate that enables us to allow non-certificate holders to use shotguns that can be hired at the ground. 

There are two 50 target sporting layouts that change on a monthly basis.  In addition there is a compact five stand sporting shoot.

Instruction is available on each of the scheduled shoot days. These short sessions with a qualified instructor are booked on the day on a first come first served basis.

Individual shooting lessons are available with Peter or with one of our other shooting instructors.  These can be booked via email, telephone or at Wallers Ash.  Gift vouchers are also available.
